We design and build bespoke AI integrations and automation systems, then hand them to your team to own. No black boxes. No dependency. Just systems that fit your operations and people who understand them.

Why Inly Build
Most AI implementation projects fail not because the technology is wrong, but because the people and processes around them weren't designed to last. We fix that at the source.
Every system we build is designed so your team can own and operate it independently. We document everything, run hands-on training, and step back. You don't need us to keep the lights on.
The people with the most valuable operational knowledge are rarely the ones in the scoping meeting. We design structured incentives that bring front-line employees into the brief, so the system reflects reality and the team trusts what gets built.
We teach as we build. Every engagement includes hands-on knowledge transfer: your team understands what was built, why decisions were made, and how to adapt it as your needs evolve. No black boxes, ever.
We don't sell AI as headcount reduction. We sell it as talent redirection. The goal is to free your best people from repetitive, low-ceiling work so they can focus on what only humans do well: judgment, relationships, creativity, leadership.
What We Build
Generic software solves generic problems. We build for your specific operations, your existing stack, and your team's actual workflows.
Connect large language models, AI APIs, and intelligent agents into your existing workflows. From document intelligence to customer-facing AI, we integrate cleanly into what you already have.
End-to-end automation for the repetitive, high-volume work that shouldn't need a human. Built on your existing stack, documented for your team, and designed to be maintained without us.
Software purpose-built for exactly your problem, not adapted from generic SaaS. Fast to build, built to last, and owned entirely by you from the moment we hand it over. No licensing fees, no vendor lock-in.
How It Works
We run structured scoping sessions that go beyond the org chart. We design incentive structures so that the people who know where time and energy are actually lost (front-line employees with operational depth) have a real reason to tell us. The brief that comes out reflects reality, not aspirations.
We embed with your people and build iteratively, with no big reveal at the end. We respect that your team's time is a real cost, so we structure the work to deliver usable value at each stage. You're not waiting until the end to see a return on the hours you've invested. Your team learns the system as it takes shape: the decisions, the tradeoffs, the maintenance patterns. By launch, they're ready to run it themselves. That's by design.
Every engagement ends with a clean handoff: full documentation, a live walkthrough session, and 30 days of post-launch support. You own the system, the code, and the knowledge. We stay available, but you won't need us to keep it running. Even engagements that require ongoing management are structured with a phase-out plan built in.
Working Together
No discovery fees, no retainer lock-in, no ambiguity about what you're signing up for.
The Team
A small, senior team. No hand-offs to junior staff, no offshore execution.
Founder & Principal
Alec has been building and deploying automation systems and AI integrations for enterprise clients since 2009. His work spans workflow automation, data pipelines, anomaly detection, machine vision, and large language models, with clients including Fortune 100 companies, growth-stage startups, and national governments. Infrastructure & Security Lead
Alex builds the infrastructure layer that keeps automation systems running reliably in production. He has led cloud architecture, deployment automation, and security engineering at Uplight, Corteva, Unsupervised and works with Google as a consultant for their clients. Among others he's used AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform heavily. Every system Inly Build delivers is deployed and secured to his standards before it leaves our hands.
Software Developer
James has been building software since 2010, with a track record spanning financial technology, energy, healthcare, and enterprise software. He has helped companies including M.D. Anderson, Avanade, and Schlumberger, and has held engineering and leadership roles at SmartAsset, Deft Sales, and Arcurve. His experience ranges from hands-on development to directing engineering teams on complex, production-grade systems across demanding industries and environments.
Software Developer
Hunter has been building software since 2010, with a mechanical engineering background and a track record of delivering practical systems for demanding technical environments. He has written software for more than ten clients across oil and gas, manufacturing, and R&D, with particular strength in data acquisition, physics-informed applications, and tools built for real operational use. He is well suited for work that demands rigor and close stakeholder collaboration.
Work
A small sample of what we've built. Details are kept general to protect client confidentiality.
Replaced a fully manual file-routing workflow serving hundreds of jobs per day across dozens of home builders. Zero manual operations for standard jobs.
Read case study →Automated unstructured data exploration for recurring 2-week asset evaluation windows. Surfaced discrepancies across sources with one-click tracing to data owners.
Read case study →Built an internal AI that helped a multi-regional firm decide what to standardize and what to leave local, then handed it off so they run it entirely on their own.
Read case study →Hundreds of thousands of records deduplicated across three enterprise systems. AI cleared the backlog; a deterministic process was built to handle everything going forward.
